If you take it yourself you usually get to keep it. You'll probably get asked to participate in raids by the king, but I don't like doing those, because then he just gives the castle to whoever he likes best. Then when you get like a couple hundred dudes you can start pillaging forts and shit of enemy countries. I also think if you do well in tournaments then the king will make you a vassal and you get more land holdings, which generates more money and people to recruit. Make mad money because the tournaments are pretty easy unless you get stuck in a 1v1 duel with a bow and arrow against a sword and shield guy. Go to major cities and participate in tournaments betting on yourself to win. Run around recruiting shitty peasants from villages.įight small groups of bandits for money and to rank up your peasants. No amount of reloading or hacks or even secret "developer only" teleport (that i had to mod my jumping height for), could have helped to fix it, without me rewinding about 20 hours back! Neither game did not allow me to finish it, after sinking over 50 hours doing a really immersive playthough, and taking exteme care to make it perfect to what i wanted it to be.Įspecailly the last game, man was i enjoying it so much, only to be completely locked out of the area needed for the final quests!
nothing that i could do would fix it on my PC. I retried again after all this time, with extra patches and everything! added and removed mods. Really liked the settings and everything.īut I am totally mad at them, because for both game 1 and 3 I encountered game breaking bugs (and 1 and 3 are better games then 2) Never finished it but I hear there is a really good HD & bug fixes community mod which brings the quality up tremendously. The first Stalker game was great and the atmo really rocked.
